We began this business because we care. We saw an opportunity to provide a more compassionate, professional and effective service than was available. When a family member passes away, there many times is a lifetime collection of property that remains. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That is why we're here...
We specialize in total estate services that can range from “clean-out” and “securing the site”, to appraisal services for the estate and courts. This is always done with the greatest care and respect. We often request an item from the estate as a remembrance- like the above photo. We are focused on giving you sound advice on what property to sell and the best method to responsibly dispose of the remaining. Sometimes an auction is not the answer. We will coordinate with local charities and food banks, if necessary, to distribute items. We also work with the Mahoning County “Green Team” to dispose of chemicals and hazardous substances so they do not pollute our environment. We recycle paper, metal, glass, electronics, fertilizers and textiles.
